The action requires the districts to organize forces to carry out a dragnet investigation; organize a special person to issue a noise protection examination notice, conduct door-to-door publicity and warm reminders; sign a letter of commitment for production and processing, operating enterprises and construction sites with hidden noise hazards; All districts should set up a 6-10 emergency response team; set up "urban management law enforcement convenience service points" according to local conditions; set up a "quiet nursing test" volunteer service team; organize community leaders and resident representatives in key areas for complaints, Volunteer service teams have been set up in the surrounding communities of key construction sites and a WeChat network has been established to detect, discourage and report noise disturbances at the first time, and act as a "outpost" for nursing examinations.
